Decline Codes

Each decline comes with a code to help you understand why the error is happening. These decline codes are universal, and can be found by simply entering the code into your preferred search engine.


To find your declined charges you can go to your dashboard and see the declines just for that specific day, or you can go to Declined Charges in Reports to find all declined in a specific date range.


You can click on the decline and see the member names. On their account statement it will show the decline code. There are a variety of codes, for example:



You can now contact the member with relevant information about their decline. Either they need to add payment information, update old information, non sufficient funds, or other credit card issues that they need to fix with their bank.
