Setting up Multiple-Member Memberships

If you're setting up a Gym Insight membership plan for multiple members, it's important to understand how the pricing structure works. Here's what you need to know:

When editing a membership plan for multiple members in Gym Insight, the # of Members field in specifies both the minimum number of members required for the membership plan AND the number of members included in the base price of the plan (if "0" is entered in the Addl Member Amount.) For example, if you enter "3" in the # of Members box, it means that the membership plan requires at least three members, and the base Payment Amount of the plan includes up to three members.

Any additional members beyond the # of Members you specify will be considered "additional" and will increase the membership rate by the Additional Member rate. For instance, if your membership plan includes four members, the fourth member will be considered an "additional" member, and the account's membership dues will reflect the Additional Member amount.

To set up multiple-member memberships in Gym Insight, simply enter the desired number of members in the # of Members field when creating or modifying your membership plan.

Keep in mind that the # of Members field serves a dual purpose: it specifies the minimum number of members required for the plan, as well as the number of members included in the base price. Any additional members beyond this number will be charged at an additional rate.
